The word redaction refers to the process of translating an ancient recipe into a modern one with
exact quantities, times, and cooking steps. On Oct 14th, 2006, our shire held a Redaction Day
where we could learn to do this. Brangwayna has provided the following recipes for us to choose from.
If you need help determining what a particular ingredient name means (what are ayren? cabochis? grains of paradise?), feel free to ask Brangwayna and she'll help you out. And if you have something in particular you want to learn how to cook, bring it along and she'll let you look through her recipe books for something suitable.
