King's or Queen's Cypher

The King's Cypher and the Queen's Cypher are awards given out by the King or Queen as a personal thank-you from the Crown for service above and beyond the call of duty during Their reign, or for any other reasons they find sufficient.

The symbol for the award is composed of the King's or Queen's initial plus the letter R for Rex/Regina, i.e. King Fred's cypher would be "FR" for "Fred Rex".
