Queen's Honor of Distinction
This award is given by the Queen for any reason that she deems worthy. It is usually (but not limited to!) given for intense service given to the Queen herself - for instance, spending a whole weekend sewing Queen's favors, or hearing that the Queen needs someone to run errands at an event all weekend and volunteering, or singing a moving song, or having a really neat A&S project on display, or cleaning a mountain of dishes after a feast, or giving up all your free time some sunny summer week to make tokens for the Queen, or something else! When the Queen notices these things, she may be moved to do something nice for the worker in return.
The actual award is different each reign, and is usually (but not always) associated with the badge of the Queen. They may even be different designs during the reign.
