Silver Rylle Shield (BACK)
The Shire of Silver Rylle holds monthly business meetings on the first Thursday of the month. They start around 7:00 PM and go until we are finished, generally about an hour.

The next meeting will be held on Thursday, Aug 7, 2008.

The shire business meeting is where we make decisions about what we are going to do as a shire: what events and gatherings we are going to do, doing some top-level planning of such gatherings, and hearing reports from the various officers about things that impact the rest of the shire.

In the past, we've met at members' houses, but now we plan to meet in a public space, which gives us some more visibility during our meetings as well as making it easier to find the meeting if we always meet at the same place.

From the North: Take your best route to the corner of Rte 322 and 501 in Brickerville. Turn south onto 501 and proceed south through four traffic lights (5.1 miles). The fourth traffic light will be the one at the square in Lititz, Main Street. Go straight through that light, and the bookstore will be in that next block on the left. It's in a series of shops including Next 2 New Furniture, the bookstore, Dosie Dough, and a musical instrument shop. If you reach the light at Orange Street (Route 772), you've gone too far.

From the South: Take your best route to Route 501 North from Lancaster. Approximately 9 miles north of Lancaster you will reach the intersection with Route 772: the bookstore will be in the next block on your right, after the instrument store and the bakery.
