Bio for Isabel Ximenez de Gaucin

I am from 13th Century Spain. I was born to a Moorish mother and a Christian father: when my mother died, my father moved us north to get away from the fighting.

Isabel is interested in everything about Spain of the 13th Century, primarily clothing.

She joined the SCA in 1988 (her first Pennsic was #17) in the Middle Kingdom. She moved to our shire in 2000. She is married to Jayme Hume -- she met him at Pennsic 25, they were handfasted at Pennsic 26, and they were married at Pennsic 27.
